The Congress has failed to come to a compromise for over 30 years. In response to the current economic crises in Latin America, Africa, and Asia and the world wide environmental crisis, the migration crises continues to grow. It is not sufficient to develop and repeat slogans. Here is the resolution written by members of the IMWG, and adopted by the convention.
